Now that the general elections are over, what is the next big concern for local and state affiliates and members? 
SAVE OUR PENSIONS!!!

Ladies and gentlemen we must let our elected officials know that pension costs cannot be rolled over to the local
jurisdictions.  Many public school employees in Maryland have not seen a raise for two or more years.  Sending
pension costs back to the counties will almost guarantee no raises in the foreseeable future.

ESPBC 2011 Scholarship Fundraiser - “The King and I”
Please make every effort to support our scholarship fundraiser by purchasing tickets (and encouraging others to
purchase tickets) to attend the Oregon Ridge Dinner Theater/Tiffany Dinner Theatre at Oregon Ridge on Saturday,
February 26th. The tickets are $40 per person and dinner is included. This is a delightful way to support a good
cause and fellowship. Special flyers have recently gone out to BCPS office and school locations with detachable
ordering forms. Remember, you don’t have to be a member of ESPBC to purchase a ticket and attend.
