NEA, MSEA, and ESPBC are all part of the United Education Profession (UEP). ESPBC is the local affiliate, MSEA is the state affiliate, and NEA is the national affiliate, working together to advocate for education support professionals, educators, and public education.

How the Structure Works

• ESPBC (Education Support Professionals of Baltimore County) – Your local association representing education support professionals in Baltimore County.

• MSEA (Maryland State Education Association) – The Maryland state affiliate that provides advocacy, legal support, professional resources, and state-level representation.

• NEA (National Education Association) – The national organization representing educators and education support professionals across the country through advocacy, public education initiatives, and federal-level representation.
