ESPBC - SICK LEAVE BANK

ESPBC Sick Leave Bank (ESLB) is a benefit available to the employees it serves. Eligible employees contribute a portion of their accumulated sick or rolled leave to the bank, allowing fellow employees who have exhausted their sick leave due to illness or disability to take time off without a loss of pay.

 

All claims for bank days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure that employees receive the additional leave time necessary for a successful return to work. It is important to note that the ESLB is not intended for employees who have applied for and are adhering to the requirements and deadlines set by retirement agencies.
