The Education Support Professionals of Baltimore County (ESPBC) is pleased to announce that we have agreed to the 2025–2027 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

As discussed during our recent Representative Assembly meeting, we are sharing the presentation that outlines the key points, updates, and provisions included in the new MOU.
